Cleaning, Tax, and Security Deposit A standard cleaning fee is charged in addition to your rent, as well as a 4% Montana Accommodations tax. Your security deposit may be used for any cleaning that exceeds the standard $150.00 per week turnover cleaning fee, any long distance phone charges accrued during your stay, as well as damage to the home that exceeds normal wear and tear. The security deposit minus deductions will be returned to you within 30 days.
